Payroll Assistance

Process for Securing a Supplemental Payment

If you suspect that you are missing pay, you will need to help us help you.  Your first line of defense in all of this is to clock in and out every time you are on shift.  All concerns regarding missing pay and/or pay rates need to be referred to PayrollClerk@SouthernHG.com.  We are open Mon-Thurs, and closed on all Bank Holidays.

Keep Your Own Records

Clocking in and out is necessary to ensuring you are paid, however we understand that sometimes there are problems with the software, and so you should keep a personal record of the hours you are working so that you can help us get approval for hours that did not make it in the system.  There is a deduction of 30 minutes after 5 hours of work for lunch breaks, so please ensure you are accounting for this when you calculate your hours.

Dash Card Concerns

If you lost a Dash Card, there is a $50 Charge for replacement, so BE RESPONSIBLE!

Administration Fee

Due to rising bank costs, your Admin Fee is now $13.24 per payroll period.  There will also be an administration fee of $10 on your supplemental check if our review finds that neither the property nor SHG are at fault for your missed clock-in and/or clock-out.

Paystubs

If you need your paystub, please write Paystubs@SouthernHG.com.  The Paystub email is only for paystubs, all other concerns need to be forwarded to PayrollClerk@SouthernHG.com.  Beginning Feb 13, 2023 we will only issue paystubs from the 4 most recent pay cycles.  You may request paystubs for every pay period by sending a request with all locations you work at to the above email asking for all future paystubs to be sent. If you should ever move to a new location, you will need to update your request for paystubs with Paystubs@SouthernHG.com
